Information We Collect We only collect information that helps us run the Platform and give you a good experience. **1.1 Information you give us directly:** - When you sign in with Google: your name, email address, and profile photo. - When you register with email: your name, email address, and a securely stored password. - Any reviews, ratings, or messages you submit. - Payout details you add if you are a Creator (such as UPI ID or bank account details). **1.2 Information created as you use the Platform:** - Your listening and reading history. - Your Coin balance, purchases, and unlocked episodes/chapters. - Your follows, favourites, and app preferences. - Continue Listening / Continue Reading progress. **1.3 Information collected automatically:** - Basic device and technical information such as app version and general activity, used to keep the service secure and functioning. - Approximate, non-precise usage data to understand how the app is performing. **1.4 Approximate location.** We work out your approximate location — country, state/region and city — from the IP address your device connects from. We do **not** use GPS or ask for location permission, and we never know your precise location. We use it to show content that fits where you are (for example, Indian festival features are shown only in India), to plan stories in the languages our listeners speak, to understand our audience in aggregate, and to help prevent fraud. ## 2. How We Use Your Information We use the information we collect to: - Create, operate, and secure your Account. - Process Coin purchases and keep your balance accurate. - Remember where you stopped and personalize recommendations. - Send notifications you have chosen to receive. - Pay Creators their earnings (using the payout details they provide). - Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues. - Comply with legal obligations. ## 3. Payments and Financial Information Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment gateways. When you pay, your card, UPI, or banking details are handled directly and securely by the payment provider. **We do not store your full payment card or banking credentials on our servers.** We keep only records needed to confirm a transaction, such as an order ID and amount. ## 4.
