WaveTune FM operates on a coin-based system. Coins are digital items used to unlock premium audio stories and episodes. Because digital goods are delivered and consumed instantly, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a payment is successfully processed and coins are credited to your account.
Sometimes technical issues or network errors can happen during a transaction.
- Money Deducted but Coins NOT Credited: If your bank account is debited but the transaction failed on our end, the amount will be automatically refunded by your bank/payment gateway within 5 to 7 business days.
- In such cases, you do not need to cancel anything. The banking system handles the auto-reversal.
If you face an issue where your payment was marked "Successful" by us, but the coins were never added to your wallet, please contact our support team immediately. We will verify the transaction and manually credit the coins to your account. If we are unable to provide the coins due to a technical glitch, we will initiate a manual refund.
If you have a dispute regarding a failed transaction, please contact us within 3 days of the payment. Include your Transaction ID, Registered Email, and Amount.
